Albion Caer Sidi Item: Brazen Stout Defender, missing from Feather Merchant, non-existent?

This item is missing from the feather merchant and does not seem to drop from the Custodian mobs in Caer Sidi as expected.

As you can see the item existed as of 1.62. At the current patch level(Phoenix) it would have the pre-nerf ablative value of 200, The same as Apocalypse 2-Hand sword also found in Caer Sidi

Stats in Text:
Staff: 4 pts
Parry: +3 pts
Dexterity: 22 pts
Piety: 22 pts
Damage: 16.5
Speed: 5.6
Proc: 200pt mele Ablative @50%, duration 10 minutes.

Added drop to sidi loot list bellum and merchant.

Picked one up today. Stats look correct(although i swear it was 200pt ablative, but I couldn't find any resources to back me up).
