I came across basalt sword of anarchy on housing which is how i know it is in game. Looking it up here http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=24953 it is on Legion loot table as well as the highlords which is the same raid. So shouldn't the sword be with the other legion items on the feather merchants?
