Cannot change character features from customization screen

Hello, before today we were able to change specific features of our already created characters. As of today it appears that the option to change already made characters features no longer works properly as everytime I change a feature and login to the game, my characters still appear with the original creation features. Its a minor issue but any info in regards to this would be appreciated!

Same here. I've created my main char before server official launch, so after launch face of my character became the default one

I used to customise my char every game session, but now it doesn't work( It's just a little thing, but it woul be fine to be able to look like i want to again)

adding a +1, I used to be able to change the appearance now i no longer can.
