Can`t use dd from gazsi staff of control

its my equipped staff: tells me every time when i try to use in combat, i have to wait 120 seconds to use another charge item, but i didnt use any other charge items before !! i think, some of my BD spells reset charge item timer????

starting to use the charge (2.0 seconds cast timer) and moving meanwhile resets the timer without the charges beeing fired, think this is the bug.

Timer starts even if the cast of DD is interrupted and no charge is fired.

well charge isnt used completly, so i think this is a bug, should not reset the charge timer then, or?
