Kobil has been in DF since Classic days amd he is nowhere to be found he has a really nice loot table that was used in lots of templates and was a fun creature to kill,

Director Kobil just moved in. He is neutral to you, pimped and drops some feathers. Also he doesnt move around but stays in one room.
