DoT damage calculation vs buffs & death

Damage over Time spells are benefitting from/being penalized by changes to the caster's stats after they're already been casted

After death the ticks are calculated only for stats in the character's template and not the buffs they had at the time the DoT is placed. In the same way nee buffs or dropping buffs after using the DoT is changing the damage of ticks in real time

While not the correct behavior, this is unlikely to change due to how some things are implemented, the only thing that's snapshotted for now is a dot having crit or not
