Draugths can be created from Draugths with less then 100 charges

Currently there is no check for charges on Draughts, if you craft "higher" Draughts.

Goal is to craft a Draught of Might
Increds:
- Draught of Strength
- Draught of Fortitude
- Feathers

1. Craft a Draught of Strength
2. Craft a Draught of Fortitude
3. Use a charge of one of the new Draughts
4. Check charges on the used Draught
5. Craft the Draught of Might

This works aslong youve 1 charge left. So basicly its possible to craft a new 100 charges out of the used ones.

Expected:
As soon youve used a charge, you should not be able to use this Draught as a incred for another Draught
