Keep capture credit/rp range too small

atm you have to be inside the keep, so even if you are standing right outside the front gate, you won't get credit for the keep

e.g. you're holding the outer gates so your people can kill the lord, or if you jump from the back walls to kill the support that are healing the defenders inside, you are left out of the keep take reward
