Midgard Spellcrafting on npc Teraniss in Aegir should sell Soot from Niflheim and not Fairy Dust which is a Hib ingredient. Soot from Niflheim was sold on Teraniss the last time I did some SC. I cannot make 2 gems I am trying to make. Rough fiery chaos rune and Rough watery chaos rune.
