Ranger can use Debuff and Disease Weapon ?

I met Shar Ranger and NS duo.
Ranger attack me and run away, but i got debuff and Disease!

I saw 'playphoenix.wik'
"Assassin envenoms only work with assassin's weaponry"

but ranger gave me debuff and disease!

You seem weaker! = debuff
You are diseased! = disease

How can do that?
Maybe it's bug or server patch doesn't work.

Had a shar rnager melee with con/ws debuff and dot proc poison..know it wasent a weapon proc sub 40 melee both of us..appealed it since clearly her ns buddies coated her weapons,GM closed it with Shars can be nightshades...uh not on this server they cant,so dont hold ur breath..hibs can exploit all they want here.

there was an inconnu and a ranger, i guess the inconnu is Yls and not the shar, there seems to be a missleading combatlog

i can see no 'You are poisoned!' message. Are you sure, there was no eld around to debuff you? so just bad timing?
