I checked the debuff on a realm enemy and he lost only 5% Slash resistent. But the Tooltip says: "Decrease resistance to Slash 15 Duration 20 Seconds". Does it mean 15% from 100% or 15% from the resistance that a enemy has ?

duration 12 sec . not 100% sure how handle style applyed debuffs like Haste/resistence debuffs - cant say how resist/2nd resis apply this this
