Sorcerer's power regen buff has wrong duration

I know devs had extended the buff durations on phoenix, but It originally had 10 minutes duration but became 23 minutes now.
It should be changed into 20 minutes.
Mentalists' power regen buff was originally 10 minutes and was extended to 20 minutes here.
There is no reason to differentiate duration between those two.
