Stealth and vanish do not cause target loss

Stealthing should cause target loss and it does not. Last night i vanished 1k units away from a necro and his cast still wound up going off about a second later. If you get into stealth, all targets and abilities that are queued should be voided.

Recreate by Stealthing or vanishing while an enemy already started a cast. You still get hit.

NPC and player controlled mobs should now stop casting if target vanishes

This isnt fully solved. I was able to target a stealther yesterday, he then stealthed and i was still able to insta DD him a good 2-3 seconds after he stealthed despite not being able to see him.

It should break the ‘target’ i had on him to avoid this.

Still a problem on 6/1/2019, has happened multiple times to my SB
