Target is out of range even though their right infront of me when using Longbow

I keep getting this msg when trying to shoot people that are directly infront of me "Target is out of range", and "Target is too far away to attack" ive asked around and other scouts report similar experienced... im currently using Sepulchral Longbow, the tooltip tells me proc has a 300 range, not sure if the bug is tied to this or not, also other scouts mention that they've been running different bows when bug occured.

appears to be tied to players, caravan guard was fine could shoot it from normal distance

issue is all over the place atm, i can shoot someone, then followup shot is 2 far away, also seems to be more frequent when im uphill (elevation bonus related perhaps?)

Last night I heard a guild mate in voice chat saying same thing when he was on top of AMG shooting another target close to him on AMG. Just telling him too far away.

Same issue with me. I slam the opponent, load crit shot, and it days target is not in range. Happened multiple times.

same thing today, logged on, shot a guy that practically ran through me, couldn't release the arrow

seems to be fixed for now, havent seen it in the 45 mins ive been on scout today
