Hello. I dueled a kobold shaman(Liss) with my frostalf Thane (Xtenz) to test weapon damage difference between strength to see if being a troll was worth respeccing to over frostalf. In our testing we found that the energy debuff proc took the shamans energy resistance from 31 to 22. The value is 24% according to tooltip but its only debuffing 9%. Please help!

As it's a proc it didn't receive any bonus from speccing in the line, that will be fixed next restart and then it will debuff 15% in the same scenario.
