Vault at innis Carthaig not functionning

Everytime I tried to open the vault at Innis Carthaig nothing happens. The vault doesn't pop-up. The NPC or the system doesn't say anything.

This "Vault Keeper" was originally a "Vault Banker" and wasn't suppose to be in Innis. A previous bug report was closed after someone changed Banker to Keeper.

The original Vault Keeper that was inside of Innis was named "Blanchefleur" http://camelot.allakhazam.com/db/search.html?cmob=14025 The NPC was also located in a different house.
