Wizard/Sorc resist debuffs appear to be capped at -5%, or at least it appears so on the paper doll.

Tried testing all three resist debuffs on both Wizard and Sorc in duel.

Results below. Starting with around 25% heat/cold and 8% matter resist on my Minstrel.

Was capped at -5% due to Wild Arcana RA, since that is no longer available I removed the cap.
