Hello, I recently just rolled on hib and have a 50 warden. I am kind of wondering, since I run 49 Nurt, 42 reg, 10 blade spec how important capping things like Str+qui actually are? With the limited amount of money I have on hib I was having a hard time getting capped Str/con/dex/qui/emp. Not to mention +11 blades and things like that. Any input?

Long uth Warden player here.

I like to joke that warden is a 3 button class if you dont consider chant twists, all you do is side snare, heal and drop TWF eheh. While this is obv an exageration, this show you pretty much that you do need indeed capped str/con/dex/qui/emp.

The 2 things that I would drop are in order:

parry
Heat Resist

Parry is a luxury stat in 8man and heat resist for hibbis is only usefull vs Wizzy wich is one of the worst and most underplayed classes of this patch time, so start from there. You also dont need nurture since you cap baselane buff delve at RR2 with 49 nurture. You can also consider skipping some point in Regrowth since you have 42 base and you should cap variance with a few RR and just a few points in template, so 11/11 there is not a must. Back on uth with some decent but still cheap rog and only 3MP {shield, feet, hands} I was able to cap everything aside 15/26 heat and 0/26power as a starting template so is doable unless you are extremely poor.

Instead, a good endgame template should be:

11/11 parry blade regrowth, all stats capped and a strong consideration for 26/26 power
Weaponless
All Legion toys in inv
Galla ring on temp for rupt and ofc galla chest, rest reactive 150 value abla

Wich is basically my champion template but is extremely expensive, as much as a pushed NS temp since it require all MP and 70plus rog in every slot. As I said feel free to work with much less but if you cant at least cap stats and 11/11 blade you should consider making a farmer before trying to RvR.

After Champ and NS temps, the 3rd most costly temp in hib are probably warden and weaponless 38spear/50lw/10blade hero, with the only prop for the warden that you need to invest much less for Main hands at the begininng since all you really need is 1 weapon at swing speed cap for peels and then you can slowly add extras as toys for different procs//different swing speed when you so desire.

Wardens are a really fun class to play if you like to peel/heal, so GL out there and HF

I'm not a warden's expert, just a casual who tried several times it about some versions.

I agree that, on Phoenix server, warden is unpowerful cause no shield spec. However warden could be cool, you just need find your way regarding some keys points.

1. If you would 50 in weapon choose blunt (better for solo spec but could find a slot in smallman)
2. Parry is a solo's skill, added with Mastery of Parrying lvl5+, any pbt, shield, etc. you look like a wall (but fight will be long ... very long)
3. In smallman, cure disease is obligatory. Some ppl will say that rez lvl 16 too, not for me
4. If you choose regrowth way, you must have 33+. Indeed, before spec single heal have no asset regarding basic single heal
5. Weapon with debuff could be nice (ex blunt from TNN merchand with D/Q debuff)
6. In RvR never forget that you have a bow, you can rupt healer/magician with descent range

Just some specs like that :
- 50 blunt, 38 nurture, 20 parry/regrowth
- 35 weapons, 45 nurture, 33 regrowth
- 29 weapons, 49 nurture, 33 regrowth
- 21 weapons, 45 nurture, 43 regrowth, 5 parry
- 10 blades, 49 nurture, 43 regrowth

You can have some exotic specs with only blue pbt but need open-minded mates

Regarding your SC stuffs, to cap in all stats warden is expensive. That's not impossible, just expensive. If you need I can send you my sc's file.

Hoping that help you
