I know they said it's offically fixed it happened to my sister last night and when i tried at 3PM Pacific time ( 30ish minutes ago ) i got it. I updated the Live patcher and the error went away but i couldn't get in so i used the Phoenix Fixer and Downgraded my version and now i am able to play again.
