Cant load into Thid

I try to TP in, it loads, then on load in all I see is white fog (no geometry loads). Then it freezes, and boots me back to my bind. Please help. I want to BG.

Are you using a custom ui? Maybe try setting it to Atlantis in the settings at character select. If that doesn't work then it's time to patch to live and try again.

That said, this sounds like an issue that can arise when you aren't patched correctly. You might try re-installing from scratch, patching up with the Broadsword patcher, then installing the phoenix files and finally running the phoenix patcher.
