Changed in-game display resolution .... compass now in middle of screen

So I finally got around to changing my in-game resolution to match my monitor’s native resolution. The end result is that all of the in-game display elements have been resized (much smaller) as expected but now the compass and connection monitor (the three green dots) are in the middle of the screen. I couldn’t drag those two elements to the corner of the screen where I want them. Does anyone know how to move those two interface elements? I am doing the default UI, in case that matters.

Also, is there an option to increase the size of the interface elements with the new resolution? Everything is really tiny now.
Much appreciated.

Hold shift while you're dragging them around

Most of the UI is made up of static images so it doesn't scale. The reason it seems smaller is the larger resolutions don't get stretched

Most circumvent this with custom UIs but those generally discard the interface graphics in favor of floating text

Thank you. Worked just as you described.
