getting Unknown error Status 502

that's all I ran the downgrade same issue

I'm getting the same error message and I don't know why or how to fix it. I've been able to login without issue since at least December, haven't changed anything. Restarted compy, tried different servers to connect to. What else to do? Its been at least 10-15 mins i've been locked out

i am getting this error code as well. logged on 2 hours ago without an issue.

Am guessing it is some sort of Login Server error. I was on a couple of hours ago too, and now am getting the 502 error.

intentionally entered wrong password, still gives same error message. I dont think its even making it far enough into the process to authenticate username/password

I repatched live, then tried logging in, same error. I ran patch fixer then tried game same error. I tried login as admin, same error so the issue I think is server side

I'm having the same issues. After running several fixes for other problems, I'm still getting a 502 error.

i get server is having some kinda issues , not us ... i wish they have done an announcement before ppl repatch , reload their clients etc . Going to wait .

edit: just checked discord , some says GM s trying to fix problem . "more evidence problem is not at player side ... i recommend not to bug your comp software patch connection etc and wait for the fix

Same all was ok yesterday and this morning : Unknow Error, status code was 502

Things tried :

Re install game
Re pacth duwngrade and fix game

Phoenix launched in administrator.

Error 502 means the proxy you're connecting to can't talk to the server itself, so, the game server is down. It's not your computer or files.
