Same household question

Just found out about this game this weekend. I have a son (14) who likes playing with me and these games but as a 14 year old will do gets restless and jumped around to try things out. Is the same server rule limited to RvR areas only? Hate to get the ban while playing with my buddy on Midgard who introduced me to this server while my son decides to roll up an alt on Hibernia. Thanks!

It's well documented, if you play a different realm within 4 hours of your son you will both get banned. Tell him to calm down and pick a realm.

That is not correct.

Just check our rules, it is already in:

If you play from the same household (example: husband and wife, father and son etc.) you must play the same realmin RvR zones. If you try to play different realmsin RvR zones, it will be considered cross-realming.

In different words: If the same household wants to play RvR together, they need to log the same realm.
But if one member is in RvR as Hib, it is totally fine for other members of the same household to log mid/alb and do Pve or PvP.

But make sure that he or you is not leveling in NF / DF / POC while the other is doing RVR or maybe also leveling in NF, but in another FZ as this is still "play different realms in RvR zones". Right Uthred?
